These 2 condos are conveniently located on the Nevada side of Heavenly.  1 of these condos is at the Stagecoach lift and the 2nd is within a half mile and has a nice lake view.  Each condo is 2-bedrooms with a pullout couch in the living room, and has a full kitchen.  The Tahoe Rim Trail (renowned for hiking and mountain biking) also has a trail head at the Stagecoach lift.  And all just 4 miles from the lake and casinos on the shuttle route.  Map

Ski-in/ski-out. 200 yards above the Stagecoach lift. Walk across the street and ski down to the lift.

Nightly Rates:

456 Quaking Aspen: $175 Winter, $110 Summer, $85 Fall/Spring......plus 10% tax
    A $135 cleaning fee will be added for each rental period.

313 Tramway: $100 Winter, $100 Summer, $75 Fall/Spring......plus 10% tax
    A $95 cleaning fee will be added for each rental period.

Holiday weeks:   5 night minimum required for all units
456bldg -- $250 per night 12/21-12/27, $300 per night 12/28-1/3......plus 10% tax
313bldg -- $180 per night 12/21-12/27, $200 per night 12/28-1/3......plus 10% tax

Winter = December 15 - March
Summer = June 15 - September 14
Spring = April - June 14
Fall = September 15 - December 14

Payment options: check or money order.
1/3 deposit (non-refundable) at time of booking. Balance due 60 days before reservation date.
Refunds: 2/3's of total if cancellation is > 30 days prior to reservation. 1/3 if cancellation is 15-30 days prior to reservation. No refund if < 15 days prior to reservation.
