Perfect seasonal, pet friendly house to share with friends or family in South Lake Tahoe, just minutes from the Stagecoach and Boulder chairlifts at Heavenly. This fully-furnished and comfortable 5-bedroom house is conveniently located less than 2 miles from the Nevada side of Heavenly. Vaulted ceiling with multiple picture windows offer breath taking views of ski slopes and Carson Valley from main living room. Second family room in lower level allows for multiple gatherings - adults upstairs, kids downstairs. A southern exposure keeps the main living area bright and sunny all day. Multi-level house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic.

First time this house is available for rental and the house has everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully stocked to serve up a group meal, as owners were used to entertaining large group of friends and family themselves.

Relax in the 7-person hot tub on deck after hard day of skiing/boarding or curl up in the living room by the stove to catch up on your reading. Or escape to the family room to getaway from it all.

The size and number of bedrooms makes it ideal to rent for winter and come up whenever there's fresh powder. If you have a well behaved dog you just can't leave behind, then bring them too as the house is pet friendly (additional cleaning fee required).

The Tahoe Rim Trail (renowned for hiking and mountain biking) also has a trail head 1/2 mile from the house. House is located 4 miles up Kingsbury Grade from town, less than a 10 minute drive to Lake Tahoe and Casinos with nightly entertainment.

2008/9 Winter Lease:

$3500 per month (December - March)
$2500 per month (October, November, April)
    4 months minimum lease.
    Security Deposit: $2000
    Cleaning fee if pets will be present: $400
    Utilities: $300 per month paid by owner. Leasee pays overage of gas, electric.
